What is a tasting menu and how it works at Soluna

How it works
The dishes, called courses, are served in a considered order, usually from lighter to more intense, until dessert. Each course is a small portion, so the whole gives a complete experience without being heavy. In many restaurants, everyone at the table eats the same menu.

The tasting menu at Soluna
There is no à la carte at Soluna: only a tasting menu of contemporary Japanese cuisine with a Mediterranean soul, by chef Teppei Nii. There are two formats: the Soluna Menu, 11 courses for €76, and the Festival Menu, 14 courses for €116 with A5 Wagyu included. The menus change with the seasons.
