What is ebi temaki?
Ebi temaki is a nori seaweed cone filled with prawn. “Ebi” means prawn or shrimp and “temaki” means “hand-rolled”.

01
How it is eaten
A temaki is held in the hand and eaten right away, while the seaweed is still crisp. That is why it is prepared just before serving.

02
What is misoshiru?
Misoshiru is miso soup, a Japanese broth made with fermented soybean paste. It is a common accompaniment to Japanese meals.
